These SMS Terms describe the Redbud Heating & Air LLC text messaging program.
Program
Program name: Redbud Heating & Air LLC service and account notifications. Message types: appointment confirmations, missed-call replies, dispatch and service updates, estimate follow-ups, maintenance and seasonal reminders, review requests, and customer support. Marketing messages such as special offers, discounts, seasonal reminders, and maintenance plans are sent only when you separately opt in to marketing messages.
Frequency, rates, HELP, and STOP
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Reply HELP for help or contact (918) 918-2988 or doug@redbudheatingandair.com. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
